Tailored for all-levels seeking a journey towards pelvic wellness, this class focuses on stretches designed to address concerns such as tight hips, incontinence, prolapse, pregnancy, postpartum challenges, pain, stiffness, and constipation. It’s important to note that this practice is not gender-specific and is beneficial for men as well. Using breathwork, we will unite the diaphragm and pelvic floor to achieve pelvic health. Clearance from a doctor is necessary for participation during pregnancy or the early postpartum.
