Plain Hatha lang
Ito ay isang klase para sa lahat ng antas ng yogis. Kabilang dito ang maingat na pranayama (paggawa ng hininga), mga asana (mga pose) na may mga pagbabago para sa mga nagsisimula at mas may karanasan na mga practitioner, at isang matahimik na savasana (panghuling resting pose). May diin sa pakikiramay sa ating sarili at sa iba, at isang pagtutok sa paggalang sa lugar na pinahihintulutan ng ating mga pisikal na katawan na galugarin sa kasalukuyang sandali.
